My Approach

My Services
Tailored. Client-centered. Inclusive.
Humans are complex beings. We are not just a "cluster of symptoms" or a set of behaviors.
For this reason, my approach is integrative to create interventions tailored to my clients' specific needs.
As a therapist, my goal is to create a connection, first. I truly believe that, without a genuine connection based on trust and empathy, no true "healing", growing, and thriving can happen.
My practice draws from several approaches including Humanistic therapy, E.M.D.R, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and mindfulness, Gestalt therapy, as well as Emotionally-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems

Let’s meet and make sure we’re a good match!
How does it work?
-
Complete the contact form.
-
Fill out a short questionnaire about your needs.
This free consultation is a no-commitment opportunity to connect, share what you’re looking for, and see if my approach feels right for you.
During our time together, I’ll provide an overview of how I work and how we could collaborate—drawing from both the information you share in the form and our conversation.

Individual Therapy
Duration: 50 minutes face-to-face, plus 10 minutes dedicated to client-related administrative tasks.
The first sessions are usually focused on getting to know you—not only through the lens of your current challenges, but as a whole person. We’ll also take time to explore your goals and expectations for therapy.
Together, we’ll identify the approach best suited to your needs and decide on a session frequency that feels right for you.
Whether you’re seeking a brief, solution-focused therapy (around 6 sessions), or a journey of in-depth exploration and growth, I would be honored to accompany you on that path.

ADHD assessment
A clinical assessment focusing on a thorough clinical interview and supporting information — *no neuropsychological testing*.
What to expect:
-
Clinical interview (3–4 hours): A detailed conversation covering your history, current challenges, and daily functioning. When relevant, family members or a partner may be asked to complete short questionnaires.
-
Evaluation and report writing (2–3 hours): Once all the information is gathered, I prepare a detailed report including findings and tailored recommendations. This part is completed outside of our meetings.
-
Feedback session (1 hour): A dedicated session where I walk you through the results, answer questions, and discuss strategies and recommendations.

Surrogacy
As required by the province of Quebec, anyone interested in participating in a surrogacy project — whether as a potential surrogate mother or as an intended parent — must attend an informational session.
** This session is not an assessment **
Instead, it is an open and supportive space to review and discuss all the key aspects to consider throughout the surrogacy process.
My role is to guide the conversation, answer questions, and ensure you leave with a clear understanding of the steps, implications, and resources available to you.
Duration: around 3 hours as per mandate by the Province
